Our guesthouse was born from a desire to create a retreat where people can exchange ideas, make art, and reconnect with themselves and the land. With an open studio space at its heart, it serves as both a sanctuary and a hub for collaboration, learning, and sustainable living, suitable for both tourists and artists.

“Wonderful experience of staying at (TheNest) for 3/4 days. Very peaceful and lovely atmosphere. All along green plantations with large waterbody nearby. The Property is well maintained. Our group of six senior citizens discovered the place as perfect destination to keep us away from extremely busy, noisy and polluted city life. We enjoyed home made testy foods here. Rooms and toilets are specious and well maintained. The nearby beaches are very attractive points. Traveling from Mandwa Jetty to Gateway of India by ferry service escorted by flying Seagulls throughout the journey of an hour so is really memorable. Overall it was very nice tour. And finally how can I forget to mention hospitality extended by Mrs and Mr. Nair. It was great. Alo Parathas Breakfast unforgettable.”

“The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. Hats off to the staff for maintaining the rooms so well. The hosts Pratibha & Vijayan Nair are welcoming, thoughtful & helpful. Awas beach is just an 8mins walk away. The property has a little lawn to play badminton & a carom board. We had a peaceful & serene stay here. The meals were tasty and perfect for the 2 of us. Vijayan Sir recommended a lovely place for dinner. Both of them are always available on the phone and ever ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay.”
